1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies referenced herein.
2. Services Offered
Doggie Patrol provides dog waste pickup services. Our services are designed to make pet ownership more enjoyable by relieving you of the responsibility of cleaning up after your pet.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for ensuring that any pet you own is in good health and is up to date on vaccinations before our staff performs services at your property.
4. Payment Terms
All fees for services provided by Doggie Patrol must be paid in accordance with the pricing structure outlined on our site. Payments must be made on time, and failure to do so may result in the suspension of services. All payments will be charged on the 20th of each month prior to the month of service rendered. Any payments that are past due by 10 days will acquire a $25 late fee. You can update payment information via the portal on the website.
• There will be no refunds for twice a week scooping if we only scoop once a week due to holiday(s) or bad weather.
• Customers may cancel services via email
• Missed visits due to inaccessible property, including locked or broken gates, will still be charged.
• Ice and Snow
If there is ever any ice or snow on the roads or ground, we will not be able to scoop until all roads are safe for us to travel and the yards are clear. If we have to miss the visit due to inclement weather, we will pick it up on your next scheduled day. No credit will be given because we are picking up two weeks of waste.
• Leaves and Rocks
Doggie Patrol is not responsible for any missed piles due to leaves, tall grass or weeds. We will do our best to scan the area, but you are required to keep the yard maintained. Doggie Patrol will make every attempt to pick up any waste in rock areas as best we can.

5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their service at any time by providing an email notice at least 24 hours in advance. Any charges incurred prior to cancellation will remain due.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doggie Patrol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doggie Patrol, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
8. Changes to Terms
Doggie Patrol reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our Site. Your continued use of the Site and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Doggie Patrol operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
