First time cleanings may require an additional fee if the yard has not been cleaned in over a month. Large yards may be subject to an additional fee.
Ice and Snow
If there is ever any ice or snow on the roads or ground we will not be able to scoop until all roads are safe for us to travel and the yards are clear. If we have to miss the visit due to inclement weather we will pick it up on your next scheduled day. No credit will be given because we are picking up two weeks of waste.
Leaves and yard maintenance
We ask that you please maintain your yard. We also understand that the leaves will fall in the autumn and that you maintain them every few weeks. We know this is a weekly and daily battle but just want to provide great service. We will work around the leaves as much as we can but cannot guarantee a waste free lawn with a lot of leaves in the yard.
